At present, the device development mainly focuses on microwave oscillators, mixers, low noise amplifiers, directional bridges, DC biasers, etc. According to the user's needs, we can develop different frequency ranges of microwave oscillators, mixers, low noise amplifiers, directional bridges, DC biasers, etc., and at the same time, provide a complete set of link solutions.

We are currently developing miniaturized, ultra-wideband and millimeter-wave products. Frequency synthesis module covers the frequency range of 10MHz-20GHz, featuring wide operating bandwidth, low phase noise, and high output power at the port; low noise amplifier module covers the frequency range of DC-25GHz, featuring high noise figure, large gain, and good gain flatness; power amplifier module features a wide frequency range of DC-28GHz, and a high compression point of 1dB at the output. The switching module is characterized by low insertion loss and high isolation.

Test Platform

The current test frequency range is from 9KHz to 50GHz, which is able to meet all the static and dynamic parameter test requirements of devices and modules in this frequency range.

Test Verification and Reliability Verification Platform

With high/low temperature and humidity test chamber, high temperature test chamber, centrifuge, mechanical vibration test bench, it can independently complete the environmental adaptability and reliability test of all products.
