We use environmentally friendly processes to manufacture and provide environmentally friendly products. We do not use any prohibited raw materials at all in our products and manufacturing processes, and we use materials, equipment, auxiliary materials and tools that meet environmental requirements.
We will continue to pay attention to our customers and laws and regulations and actively adopt new materials and processes in order to provide products that satisfy our customers and make our contribution to environmental protection.
If you are ready to apply lead-free, halogen-free, ROHS product solutions, we help you achieve it.
In order to restrict hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, the EU Parliament Directive 2002/95/EC was implemented on July 1, 2006, and 2011/65/EU replaced 2002/95/EC on July 21, 2011.The RoHS Directive aims to restrict the use of heavy metals (lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium) and two brominated flame retardants (polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)). PBDEs). In homogeneous materials, the maximum permissible concentration of cadmium is 0.01%, and the maximum permissible concentration of other substances is 0.1%.On June 4, 2015, the Official Journal of the European Union (OJ) published RoHS 2.0 revised Directive (EU) 2015/863, which officially includes DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP in the list of restricted substances, requiring their content to be less than 1000 ppm. Homogeneous materials are materials that have a consistent composition throughout, or are made up of a combination of materials that cannot be split or separated into different materials by mechanical activities such as twisting, cutting, extruding, grinding and friction processes. Currently, the products we offer are RoHS 2.0 compliant.
Our goal is to be halogen-free with all of our customers. Halogen-free is our current supply standard for new packages. We define a product as halogen-free when it contains less than 900ppm of bromine and chlorine, respectively, and the sum of bromine and chlorine is less than 1500ppm. In addition, we limit the use of antimony oxide (commonly used as a flame retardant) in our halogen-free products, and the maximum allowable concentration of antimony in the product is 900ppm.
